Payment in full is due 14 days before the event date and a 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking if this date is more than 14 days before the event/experience. On cancellation the customer will be offered alternative dates and event/experience if possible. If the customer has cancelled and given less than 14 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will only be refunded if no costs have been incurred by Ben Elliott Racing for the event/experience booked and any costs may be deducted from the deposit.
All drivers must hold a full and valid driving licence and this needs to be produced on the day.
All drivers must attend a safety briefing prior to driving on track.
No driver may consume alcohol prior to a Ben Elliott event and Ben Elliott reserves the right to prevent anyone from driving who may be under the influence of alcohol.
Insurances and Liability
You understand that Ben Elliott’s vehicle(s) are your sole responsibility whilst on track.
All drivers will be required to sign an indemnity form before they are permitted to take part in a Driving Experience or Car Hire service.
Insurance in the event of damage to vehicles is supplied in the cost of your booking. However there is an excess that is the driver(s) responsibility.
You agree that in the event that you damage a Ben Elliott vehicle as a result of an accident or incident in which you are driving the vehicle, you will be liable up to a maximum of Â£1200, dependent on the value of the damage caused.
Damages caused to track surface or trackside objects as a result of an incident/accident caused by yourself including armcove, tyre barriers and cones will be liable to the driver and charged on the day.
